Terms and Conditions
The Bwinners Mega Jackpot is available in all Bwinners Senegal shops, points of sale, and online at bwinners.sn.
This competition is open to individuals aged 18 or older. Proof of age and identity may be required.
The 15,000,000 CFA Mega Jackpot is a weekly jackpot. In case of multiple winners, the listed Jackpot prize (15,000,000 CFA) will be shared.
Matches may take place over the weekend or midweek. The fixed stake for each match prediction (one line bet) is 250 CFA.
Participants must submit their predictions for the outcome of 14 pre-selected football matches, as well as 3 reserve matches, before the kick-off of the first scheduled match in each competition (« Competition Closing Time »).
To win a share of the jackpot, participants must correctly predict the outcome of all matches.
The reserve list will only be used for the draw process if one of the main matches is canceled (due to weather conditions or other unforeseen reasons).
If a single match is canceled, the first reserve match will replace the canceled one. This also applies to other canceled games during the promotion, where the remaining reserve matches will be used.
To participate in the competitions, participants must select an outcome (Home Win, Draw, or Away Win) for each of the 14 matches displayed on the Mega Jackpot competition pools page (home win scores on the left, draw in the middle, away win scores on the right).
By correctly predicting the 14 match outcomes, participants will win the Bwinners.sn Mega Jackpot.
Consolation prizes will be awarded to those who correctly predict 11 to 13 teams, with those predicting 10 correct teams receiving a 250 CFA cash refund.
Jackpot coupons contain fixed bets and prize amounts. Stakes and prize amounts may vary between coupons.
By purchasing a Jackpot ticket, you agree that your first name and photograph may be used for promotional purposes by the Company.
You agree to cooperate in the execution of any further authorization or approval reasonably required by the Company to use your name and photograph for such promotional purposes.
Matches will be settled based on the official result after 90 minutes of play, including any « added time. » Extra time and penalty shootouts are not included.
Players will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them upon entering this competition.
To be valid, bets must be placed before the competition closing time, i.e., the kick-off time of the first scheduled match of each competition. Any bets inadvertently accepted after this time will be refunded.
Once submitted, entries cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Participants are responsible for ensuring their entry is correctly submitted.
The Jackpot winner cannot claim the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th consolation prizes. Similarly, the 1st consolation prize winner is not entitled to the 2nd consolation prize.
If more matches than the reserved games (4 in the Mega Jackpot Bwinners.net) are canceled or abandoned for over 48 hours from the original kick-off time, the company will refund the jackpot tickets for that draw.
In the event of an error resulting in the acceptance of an incorrectly staked or otherwise incorrect or unpaid entry, Bwinners.sn reserves the right to make any necessary manual adjustments to the pool before calculating prize shares.
Match results and prizes will be posted in the Pool History section on bwinners.sn and in stores by midday on Monday or Tuesday, depending on whether the last match was played on Sunday or Monday.
Bwinners.sn reserves the right to request winners to provide valid proof of identity or address before any payment.
Bwinners.sn reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this competition at any time, for any reason, and without notice.
All company terms and conditions apply to the coupon and will prevail in the event of any conflict with these Jackpot coupon terms and conditions.
